SENDING AND RECEIVING OUR FROZEN PIZZAS
GENERAL INFO
- Our frozen pizzas are made fresh to order and shipped the next day when possible. Although the shrink wrap will help to maintain the pizza in your freezer, we recommend that you enjoy them within 4 weeks.
- Cooking instructions are available on your pizza's label or CLICK HERE.
SHIPPING INFO
- To send a pizza, we must have the recipient's first and last name along with the complete shipping address, including the street address, city, state, and zip code. We also need an apartment number, suite number or business name if applicable.
- We CANNOT ship to a P.O. box or outside of the continental United States.
- Billing information must match that of the credit card, or a processing delay may occur.
- Please include a daytime phone number where the recipient can be reached.
- Fasano's Pizza and FedEx are not liable for complications due to incorrect shipping information.
RECEIVING INFO
- Your frozen pizzas will be packaged in an insulated shipping container with dry ice. When the shipment is received, your pizzas must be placed in a freezer as soon as possible.
- In order to keep your pizza frozen during shipping it is necessary to use dry ice. WARNING! Do not touch any remaining dry ice with your bare hands.
- Your pizza can be tracked at fedex.com/us/ with the tracking number provided with your order.
PRIVACY INFO
- All information supplied to Fasano's Pizza will remain confidential and only can be used by Fasano's Pizza.
REFUND POLICY
- Any refunds must be manager approved and will be credited back to the account it was drawn from. Refunds are limited to receiving thawed pizza because of a late FedEx delivery. Undeliverable addresses, no one available to sign for package, missed delivery pick-up adding extra day(s), all void a refund leaving both FedEx and Fasano's Pizza free from any and all claims.
